AutoCamp Russian River

Love camping, but want clean bathrooms? This is where glamping comes in which is glamorous camping that includes a real mattress, no setting up anything, running water, and an actual toilet.

This specific glamping site is located in Guerneville, gated from civilization. It makes you feel as if you’re totally outdoors, but once you walk back out the gate, there are grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and hiking trails.

Is there service?

There is probably one bar service to none, but AutoCamp provides free wi-fi! However, I would take this time to fully enjoy the outdoors and spend time in the moment.

What do you need to bring?

Bring food, drinks, toothbrush and toothpaste!

Incase you do forget some things, they have a mini mart that has drinks, cheese and charcuterie meat, firewood, and ice!

In the airstreams, they provide cups, plates, bowls, and silverware. Unfortunately, I’m not too sure what the tents have inside.

How advance do I need to book?

If you plan on going on a weekend, I suggest 2-3 months in advance especially during the summer time!

What is check-in and check-out time?

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am, but you can most definitely ask for an earlier check in or later check out time, they’ll try their best to accommodate!

@AutoCamp

You can choose to stay in a tent which starts from $200+ a night or you can choose to stay at an airstream which starts from $300+ a night.

The difference is the airstream includes your own bathroom, shower, sink, microwave, mini fridge, and TV (not much to watch though).

The airstreams are pretty close to each other, but you do get your own private area to grill and each area also has a grill, tables, and chair!

Is glamping worth the money?

I personally think it’s crazy expensive, but if you want the outdoor vibes with clean amenities, it’s worth going once to experience it!

I suggest coming here for special occasions to make it more “worth” it. It is a great way to escape city life without being too far from the “city”.
